Q1. Our merchandise is the spot or futures? How much time to deal with?

All our goods are imported from overseas futures, we estimate that will send the goods according to the arrangement in the order of between 2-3 weeks of working days. (More than the transit time is only for reference).

We are unified statement Saturday 7:00 every week night. (Subject to payment is successful)

Q2. How long to keep order?
订单保留多久?

All orders retention time of all three days, three days working inside the remittance of orders we will not delete.

Courier companies usually only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) have delivery service only, weekends and holidays are not shipping services.
快递公司通常只在工作日(星期一至星期五)有寄送服务而已,周末假日是没有寄送服务的。

Q2. There is no COD service?
有没有COD服务?

We do not open COD (arrival payment) services.

Q4. How do I know parcels Tracking?
如何知道包裹Tracking?

After we sent the parcel, would Tracking Number sent by email to the customer's mailbox (email), customers may pay attention to your email to get wrapped Tracking Number.
我们在包裹寄出后,会把Tracking Number以电邮方式发送到顾客的邮件信箱(email),顾客可留意您的email以获取包裹的Tracking Number。

Q5. How long after posting receive the package?
寄出后多久收到包裹?

After the parcels are sent, usually receive in 2-3 days time inside. (Delivery speed is adjusted according to the volume of express delivery company)
包裹寄出后,通常会在2-3天工作日的时间里面收到。(包裹寄送速度会根据快递公司货量调整 )

Q6. No rush orders?
不收急单?

Because it is pre-orders, so we are not in any rush orders contact.
由于是预购商品,所以任何急单我们都是不接的。

Q7. What should I do if I have not receive the parcel?
没有收到包裹该怎么办?

Customers can contact the courier company and to understand the reasons for the delay, we do not represent the courier company, we want to delay your understanding parcel is not in our control range.
